During 2024, the Environmental Protection and Mining Inspection Body (EPMIB) conducted the following in the biodiversity sector: Inspections carried out: 5 inspections at 5 branches of “Hayantar” SNCO. Violations identified: 916 cases of legal violations, 13,013 illegally cut trees, and 3,778.5 cubic meters of illegally harvested timber. Measures applied: 293 administrative penalties totaling 29,910,000 AMD. Calculated damage: 1,136,214
