As a result of operational measures conducted by the staff of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia, the Investigative Committee, and the Environmental Protection and Mining Inspection Body, a case of illegal tuff extraction was detected in the Armavir region.
In the administrative territory of Baghramyan community, "Farto Shin" LLC conducted the unauthorized extraction of tuff from outside the area covered by its mining permit.
According to measurement results, tuff with a volume of 4,222 cubic meters was illegally removed from an area of 2,757 square meters.
Based on the administrative procedure materials, a report on a suspected offense has been submitted to the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia.
