During oversight activities aimed at protecting water resources, the staff of the Environmental Protection and Mining Inspection Body recorded cases of illegal water use.
In the village of Ranchpar, Ararat region, "Hella Systems" LLC, engaged in sand washing, illegally extracted water from the local surface water source using four electric pumps, without a water use permit.
In the village of Gugark, Lori region, "Igor Sakhanyan Alik" IE, engaged in stone processing, illegally used the surface water flowing near its production site without the necessary permit.
By the decisions of the heads of the Ararat and Lori territorial divisions of EPMIB, these illegal water uses have been suspended.
