During the first half of 2025, the Inspection Body recorded 195 violations in the field of atmospheric air protection.

Breakdown of Violations:

• Construction and production – 78
• Mining – 14
• Transportation of bulk materials without sealed covers – 27
• Smoke emissions from burning branches, leaves, waste, and cables – 55
• Self-ignition in forests – 12
• Self-ignition in landfills – 6
• Other – 3

Sanctions Applied:

• 134 administrative penalties
• Total fines imposed: 9,650,000 AMD

Environmental Damage Calculated:

• 100,544,532 AMD

Decisions Taken:

• Suspension of activities of 4 economic entities due to the absence of a permit for emissions exceeding established limits.
