EPMIB Supervision Results 2024 – Atmospheric Air Protection Sector

During 2024, the Environmental Protection and Mining Inspection Body (EPMIB) recorded:

• 397 violations, including:
• 207 in the construction sector
• 104 violations at construction sites
• 103 cases of transporting dusty materials without opaque covering
• 74 in industrial production
• 61 in mineral extraction
• 15 in animal husbandry and crop farming
• 37 emissions from burning stubble, leaves, and waste
• 3 in service activities

Enforcement measures:

• 291 administrative penalties
• Fines imposed: AMD 31,650,000

Calculated damage: AMD 2,354,528,016

Activities suspended:

• 17 operators for conducting activities without permits for emissions exceeding established limits.
