Business Operators Have Rectified Violations; Suspensions Lifted – EPMIB

Previously, employees of the Environmental Protection and Mining Inspection Body had suspended the illegal operation of a crushing plant belonging to “BEST FRIENDS” LLC, engaged in the production of dry construction mixtures in Yerevan, the activities of the concrete production workshop of “MEGA SHIN” LLC, as well as the operation of the concrete mixing unit of the production facility of “YUMS” LLC, engaged in reinforced concrete structures and construction works in the Akhuryan community of Shirak Region, due to the absence of permits for the emission of harmful substances into the atmospheric air from stationary sources.

The business operators have obtained the relevant permits from the authorized body.

Decisions have been adopted to lift the previously imposed suspensions.
