The Environmental Protection and Mining Inspection Body continues to consistently develop the professional potential of its employees, while simultaneously improving the effectiveness of its supervisory, preventive, and legal processes.
Thanks to the long-term cooperation between the Environmental Protection and Mining Inspection Body and the Education Complex of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, this year, 44 inspectors have undergone retraining within the framework of a specially developed professional modular program.
The educational modules cover the necessary topics aimed at addressing shortcomings and gaps identified during inspection activities.
The Inspection Body places particular importance on the priority of human capital development, as it contributes to the growth of employees’ professional competencies and ensures a new level of preparedness, thereby enhancing the overall efficiency of the Inspection Body’s work.
